Singapore and Scotland will contest the final tomorrow. The motion will be THW abolish the nuclear non-proliferation treaty with Singapore in Proposition and Scotland in Opposition. The final starts at 3pm in Seoul which is 2pm in Singapore, 7am in Scotland.
